Boys Boxing
These classes are intended for boys ages 5-18years old. These are the ideal ages to learn fundamentals of boxing. This program will help develop skills, discipline, and self-confidence. Like all of our programs, contact and competition are optional and only available in designated sparring classes, but does require parents consent.
Our boys program is separated by age to better accommodate our younger, growing athlete by keeping training age specific.

Pee Wee Boxing (k-3rd grade)
Junior Boys Boxing (4th-7th grade)
Seniors Boys Boxing (8th-12th grade)

Mens Boxing
Learn the basic combinations and drills at first and then evolve to advance techniques and fight strategies.
Work with heavy bags, speed bags, agility bags, focus mitts and much
more. The normal work-out consists of a warm up-, stretching routine,
instruction, partner drills and closes with cardiovascular conditioning.

Masters Boxing
This program is available for Men and Women, 40+. Learn the fundamentals of boxing, while learning discipline
& self-confidence, as well as keep in shape. Like other programs,
contact and competition is completely optional.
