Class Descriptions :
Our Boot camp workouts are fun and intense classes that WORK! They work because you work your entire body-- heart and muscles--by going from one exercise to another with no rest. The workouts involve calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises...the difference lies in the intensity. In boot camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy.
Youth Boxing program -Put your gloves on and come learn boxing techniques in a safe and controlled enviornment. There is no sparing between participants. This class offers cardio conditioning, hand-eye coordination, muscle toning, balance and footwork, discipline and mentle toughness and self-confidence. For full facility members only.
Adult Boxing and Conditioning : Is an interval training program incorporating the sport-specific techniques used in boxing to provide a high level of conditioning for both aerobic and anaerobic systems of the body. The training incorporates techniques, punching, footwork, punch mitts and the jump rope. There is no contact during classes.
Kick Boxing: Is an interval training program incorporating the sport-specific techniques used in boxing, martial arts and kick boxing to provide a high level of conditioning for both aerobic and anaerobic systems of the body.
